I am able to deal with all your payroll needs.

All inclusive price includes:-

•    Weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, or monthly paid employees(or a mixture of these).
•    Payslips provided.
•    All paperwork and forms completed and submitted to the Inland Revenue for you.

Who can I help?

Are you a small business?  Perhaps a sole-trader who has enough just trying to keep up with the jobs you have booked in?  You are excellent at your job, that is why you work for yourself.  But keeping up with the paperwork is a different matter – yet you regularly need to know how your business is doing, how the bank stands and most importantly - who owes you money!

I can provide a mobile service, visiting your premises whenever you require(i.e. weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly).  If you have your own computer and accounting system I can use that.  If not, I have my own laptop complete with printer and accounting software.

No premises?  Mobile sole-trader?  No problem.  Bring me your paperwork and i’ll sort it all out for you.

Larger company? Busy time of the year?  Your regular employees need temporary extra help?  You don’t want to employ someone on such a short contract?  I’m freelance so hours and times are very flexible.

Experience and Qualifications

I have over 30 years book-keeping experience and over the years have provided a service for many types of small and medium-sized businesses including property management companies, garages, retail outlets, manufacturers, sub-contractors, guest houses, crofters and farmers. I have experience in sales and purchase ledger, credit control, VAT, bank reconcilliation and preparing accounts for submitting to your accountant

I have completed the AAT Book-keeping Certificate and the Seafish Industry “Finance for Fisherman” Certificate courses.
