Administrative help

All types of administrative work can be undertaken including:-

•    Word processing - reports, CV’s, theses, dissertations, handouts, minutes, letters, invoices and statements.
•    Database management - data entry, database creation (i.e. customer databases and mailing lists)
•    Spreadsheets – data entry, individually created sales forcasting, cash flow projections.
•    Transcription – from handwritten or audio sources

My computer skills are excellent which enables me to quickly master specialist, non standard applications and databases. I have good analytical skills and am able to utilise most software tools available for report generation, data analysis and data correction.

Fully conversant with:-
•    Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint.
•    Sage Line 50 and Instant Accounting.
•    Photoshop
